This weekend we headed up to Michigan for my wife’s birthday. It’s been a while since I have been up there. I was looking forward to it until I experienced 40+ mile an hour sustained winds across the freeway, with snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Here in Indiana, we were getting inches of rain by the hour. Up in Michigan, where we went, it was 6 inches of snow. The good news is, the weather improved, and the snow melted but before that I got some pretty good pictures at a local park in Charlotte Michigan

Younger, I get the laugh, I appreciate snow. However, I will never not appreciate its beauty. Let’s bring on the spring!
